The Power of Hydration—Living Water for a Living Body
Your body is over 70% water, yet most people live in a state of chronic dehydration. This simple lack can contribute to fatigue, joint pain, headaches, and even chronic illness. Water supports every cellular function, flushes out toxins, cushions joints, and keeps your metabolism functioning optimally.
Research shows that adequate hydration can improve kidney function, mental clarity, and even mood. But as believers, water also reminds us of spiritual truths—Jesus called Himself the Living Water. Just as your spirit thirsts for Him, your body thirsts for what He created.
Wellness Tip: Begin your day with 8–12 oz of pure water before anything else. Aim for 50% of your body weight in ounces of pure H2O daily. Add a pinch of Celtic sea salt and/or lemon for better absorption and detoxification!
